Meet your Naturopath

My journey with food and naturopathy spans over 10 years, beginning with my naturopathic studies in Brisbane. Along the way, I took a slight detour into culinary training in the Whitsundays, before finally landing on the beautiful Gold Coast — where I completed my clinical practice as a naturopath while working as a chef at Eden Retreat, Currumbin Valley.

It's through these experiences across both industries that I've developed a deep passion for our relationship with food, and for the body's profound response to the nourishment we feed it. When we understand how the body truly functions, we can support it to feel its best.

What began as a personal pursuit through my own health journey has grown into something bigger with a beautiful community of people I've had the privilege of holding space for and supporting along their own path.

My purpose now is to keep building that like-minded community — one that supports each other through life's inevitable demands. Drawing on the tools and education I've gathered over the years, my intention is to help you build resilience, one offering at a time.

A considered approach to health

My own health journey first sparked my interest in naturopathy, but over time that curiosity grew into a desire to help other women better understand their bodies too.

My approach is holistic and considered. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I’m interested in the bigger picture and the physical, emotional, nutritional and environmental factors that may be influencing how you feel.

At the heart of my work is a belief that women deserve to feel heard, informed and confident in the choices they make for their health. My role is to help bring the pieces together, clear some of the confusion and create practical foundations that feel realistic, supportive and achievable.

Hanging above are dried chamomile flowers tied in bunches, and a lemon sits on a yellow cloth with a bee embroidered on it. The Jamu Story

Jamu is a personal story, rooted in lineage,
travel, and a connection to Indonesia.

My grandmother was born and raised in Java, and over the years I’ve felt a deep pull towards Indonesia through my own travels there. Each visit has brought a sense of familiarity, calm and connection that can be difficult to put into words, almost a feeling of returning somewhere already known.

It was through those travels that I came to know Jamu, a traditional Indonesian herbal drink commonly made with ingredients such as turmeric, ginger, black pepper and honey. I encountered many different versions along the way, but it was the ritual and philosophy behind it that stayed with me.

Jamu felt like the right name for a practice built around the same values: nourishment, vitality, tradition, connection and the simple rituals that bring us back to ourselves.
